was inquiring about a loan with a different company i have never seen the 1 loan website until i saw they had taken £39.99 from my bank without my knowledge e-mailed numerous times cannot get confirmation of receipt of cancellation form. not holding my breath for my money back. left me in deeper trouble than before as they took me over my overdraft limit
