I started the process on December 30, got the phone charged it like they said to, I tried to call the phone and it would not ring, I tried everything to get it to ring,nothing, then the next day it would not turn on, it was an android phone, I sent it back to be replaced, it was within the 14 day so I don't have to pay the 15 dollar fee, I actually used the phone 16 minutes, then I got an email saying that if I don't use the phone at least one minute a month I will lose the phone. I called the company and after10 tries I got a person, before they would do anything I had to reup for the service, I told the rep about the email, and told her that I sent the phone back with their approval, and that I can't use what I don't have. She said you have to use it or you loose it, sorry that all I can help you, and hung up this is the worst company
