We bought book set from SWadvantage in OCT/12. I was given a receipt, and we payed for the books using a check. I notice resently on my February/14 statement that from my bank account an electronic withdrawal for $19.95 from SWadvantage. I did not recognize account nor did I know who SWadvantage was at that point. I contact my bank and ask about this account and was told the history of this account and that they have been drafting the $19.95 for the past 17 months. I was shock to find out after doing some research of bank draft records as far back to the day and month after purchasing the books. SWAdvantage was given a check, This made it easy for them to get bank information for the draft to continue with out being notice right off...This was going on with out my consent for monthly drafts. The sale representative was told that I was not intersted in the online access at the time since my son was only(4yrs old) and I wanted him to have the books for later use. What I thought was a good thing for my son turns out not good at all..Just remeber this SWAdvantage, you toke advantage of this US military soldier that was home at that time to be with family and trusted your company to do the right thing. Never had the time nor did I realize that I had to call and cancel something I didnot need at the time.
