Complaint 3050 Details

The best way for me to describe what has happened is to copy and paste the communications that I have had, I am furious, Doubleday is interfering with my ability to pay my bills today. See the following:
MESSAGE:
I have been declining the feature selections except for 1 and
it seems like I am having to do it more than once a month. today on my bank statement I see a pending charge, I have copied and pasted the transaction below. I have not ordered any other books, and to not feel that I should have to pay this. 07/05/2011 5968 BMC*DOUBLEDAY BOOK $42.46

MY RESPONSE:
you did receive a response from me on June 6 and on June 23 I declined orders below is copied and pasted, on June 4 you guys shipped me 2 books that I actually wanted and the payment for these was taken out of my account on 06/16/2011.

I should not have to be doing this 3 times a month, these were just barely over 2 weeks apart. This is UNACCEPTABLE your system wont even show me what has been ordered or shipped. I will return the package as soon as I receive it but I am VERY dissatisfied with this situation. You guys are scamming people if you expect anyone to be able to remember 3 times a month to go on your website to decline feature selections and it is not right, I think that 1 is reasonable 2 is pushing it and 3 just wrong, and then you wont even provide a phone number to be contacted for issues, someone needs to call me @ (XXX) XXX-XXXX to straighten this out I want to speak to a live person on top off all of that I checked my account again today and have 3 not 1 charges showing up. One processed yesterday in the amount of $42.46 and 2 pending transactions are pasted below, if this is not resolved I will be contacting BBB.
