I applied for a $1000 loan and was told I was approved but had to pay $120 up front which I did. For 5 days i was told it was coming and never did. On the 5th day they wanted another $130 and told them no. Always some dumb excuse. The manager's name is supposedly David Miller which is undoubtedly an alias judging by their heavy Mideastern accent. Another one was named David Watson supposedly. Their phone number is 510-972-1677 which is the only thing I am sure of! Is there any way to get my money back and have them punished criminally as this is certainly fraud?
