We were contacted in 2011 to partake in a free meal and be updated on changes with RCI. A Johnny Mendoza claimed we were supposed to have received a letter pertaining to releaving responsiblity for the cost of transferred our points (we own a timeshare currently known as Wyndham in Williamsburg Va.). He said the window of opportunity had passed but he could help anyway. We did not expect to get another timshare or end up with charges on an RCI credit card we didn't ask for. We paid it off and now find that maintenance fees are being charged and I think we get bills from RCI as well. Upon contacting Fisherman's Cove, we were told that they would not buy or seel for us and that we should sign papers releasing them and us from all responsibilities or damages. We dont' want this and would like som kind of reimbursement
