I sent for the free sample advertised on facebook; it came and I was charged $4.97 P&H to my account on 15 January.
Eleven (11) days later (26 January), they charged my bank account $105.95 for something I never ordered, and left me overdrawn $91.45. It prevented my Netflix payment from being taken care of (which, as a partial shut-in on a very low income, I rely very heavily on). Another package arrived from them on 31 January and I am sending it back via priority mail with tracking on it to prove I returned said unsolicited material.
I could find no business address for them on the web, so am enclosing a letter to this same effect, asking for a full refund plus costs incurred due to overdraft and my own mailing costs. Don't know if that will do any good or not.
