I cancelled my subscription 11-28-13, returned the shipment as instructed for full refund and received confirmation of receipt from the company 11-29-13, and it has been over 2 months and still have not received my refund. i have contacted the company 4 different times and each time as you will see i received an email that my entry has been received and referred to a rep and they will get back to me in 1 business day, which they have never done!

My subscription to the garcinia cambogia was cancelled and i have your
confrimation of receipt and cancellation dated 11-28-2013.
My return of unopened product was confirmed by your contact sent to me
dated 11-29-13.
At that time I was also told i would be issued a refund of the charges
for that order since it was returned.
The amount charged of $105.95 has not yet been credited back to my
account used to purchase the product. This is totally unprofessional
and unacceptable. You have had the product since 11-29-13 by your own
correspondence, and it is now January 7 2014 and you also still have my
money.
i want my money refunded back into that account immediately or i will
be forced to contact the Attorney General and the BBB.
This is not good customer service at all.
