International boundaries
ordered a northface jacket that was sized incorrectly. Was supposed to be an XL and was a medium (I compared to exact same jacket). Cannot get anyone by phone or email. After over a month of daily phone calls and texts finally got a response to send back for exchange. That was 4 weeks ago. Now when I call I get a ringing, then the line goes dead. Do not answer emails. I am out of $100
