Just received an Awards Notification letter from ANC congratulating me on being a $2,000,000.00 winner also. I always know that if they ask for ANY fee, it must be a scam. Why send $12.99 fee for 2 Million Dollars. Makes no sense. Just tossed the letter OUT!
