I did not realize that I had to discontinue my so called order for this product within 14 days of receiving the order to stop them from billing me $89.97 a month and shipping me a jar every month. I returned the second jar by return receipt requested but could not get reimbursed because I didn't know about or use their particular form for returning the product. I phoned to complain and cancel and that's when they told me (after I had mailed it) that a certain form was required. They got the product back but I didn't get a refund.
