I ordered two jerseys on January 12th from Jerseyworldusa.com. I immediately contacted them to cancel the order--I had assumed they would be shipped within the US because of their name, but when I realized I was paying $32 for shipping and they were coming from overseas, I knew I wouldn't have the jerseys in time. I followed the procedure in their FAQs. I've written multiple emails and filled out the Contact Us form multiple times. I never receive a reply (and I always check my SPAM folder for replies, too). I have received one jersey, the other one is MIA. All I want is to send them back and get a refund, but I never hear anything. I don't even know if I'll receive the other jersey at this point.
