On January 22, 2014, I received a call from this company indicating that my computer was at risk from a virus that was circulating, causing extreme slowing of computer performance. Furthermore they were able to show, after gaining remote access to my computer, that the virus had gone so far as to infect my Norton software, preventing it from operating to clear the infections. ( I have since found 48 infections via Norton, that were then cleared. The resident software of the offending company was supposed to prevent those infections!)
I allowed them to clear over a thousand infections, purportedly, by remote access. I suspect they stole all of my identity and account information via that process. The charge for "service" was $140. They were only able to accept Visa and Mastercard. I paid by CITI Mastercard, after granting permission to CITIcard to accept the charge. I have written Emails to all the email addresses that your site provides in their connection, protesting the charge and their actions! I hope others will be forewarned of this damage that WILL occur when you are duped by their telephone call message!
