I am a international student from Korea. I ordered camera packages from Ajrichie.com. My original price of product is 3,709,00$ but they delivered me totally wrong product that was 3,799,99$. As soon as I received it, I sent email to the company. They didn't respond to my email. Next day, I called them to get a refund or exchange. But a sales representative said just "NO" without any reason. My English is not good, so i asked student adviser to help me solve this problem. The sales representative denied everything, even company's policy. It said "ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGE MUST BE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT". I insisted customer's right but It didn't work. I have tried to find solution until now, but nobody helped me. I reported my problem to BBB. But they didn't help me. They just said "NO" because I am weak foreigner. I don't want to lose my money. I saved money to buy good quality camera. I need your help..I have evidences to prove..Please help me
