I thought I was booking directly with Super 8. I noticed the fine print that said no charges for canceling or changing reservation. We checked out early and we were told by the hotel that it was no problem. Later we ended up being charged $100.00 more than we were supposed to be charged. I called customer service for Hotelsone and was told that I booked the reservation in Euros, not in American currency! I live in Texas and booked a hotel in Arizona! Then I was told that Super 8 had a no refund policy even though we were told by the hotel that it was no problem to check out early. I honestly thought I was booking directly through the Super 8 website so I feel like my internet connection was somehow hijacked by Hotelsone. Buyers beware. This company is a scam!!! I am still waiting to hear back from them after 4 days!
