Not sure if this is the right location for the company (Catalyst, Focuslc, etc) because they are not listed in yellowpages.com nor can they be found online. I had the same run around with them. Yes, they "coached" me in how to sell on e-Bay, which my son could have taught me for free. Then they wanted me to sell my stuff and sign up for drop-ship training. I am 67 years old and have very little money. They said that's why I needed this "wonderful" opportunity. Unfortunately, I waited too long to cancel my contract. After 3 days I really didn't know that much about what I was to do, so it's not enough time to make a decision. I had to split the money between Discover and Chase. Discover agreed that this was unethical business and charged back $7,000. However, Chase said I had signed the contract, so the charges were valid. I tried to explain that I had no Contact name, phone #, email, or address by which to contact the company, but Chase didn't even address that issue. I not only was charged the $7735 on Chase card, but have paid $1176.67 in interest.
My son is going to read through all these complaints and try to get Chase to change their opinion. I will let you know how it works out. I'm glad I found this website.
