The company Representative tells you it is hassle free and you can get your money back after 90 days no questions asked. They send you a link to login with your username and password that states that after you login you have agreed to our terms. I tried to call back immediately after reading the terms and they said I would have to wait until after the 90 days before they could address my refund. I told them I just signed up and I do not want this service. They tell me agreed to try the service for 90 days and that there is nothing they can do until then. I called back 91 days later(I logged into the site once)they told me I needed to provide 6 letters from home owners that I contacted, I can I do that when they do not provide accurate information. The California Attorney General needs to shut this place Down!! I used Amex to join and disputed the charges and tonight got a ressponse to my charge dispute and the charges were being applied back to my account for the 4th time.
