The debited my min payment and then the entire balance. like many it was a ridiculous experience and im sorry for those who got bad customer service but, they handled me very well, and they couldnt stop apologizing. Luckily for me my husband had extra cash and we made it thru. For all those experiencing this, rest assured that they will compensate every last dime plus any added charges....and, you can get some gift cards...thats all i can say, make sure you get yours..and sell them if you have no use for them!
