Before Christmas I contracted with Maxebiz. They agreed to build a site, have domain w/links of other sites, preload 5K worth of store products and direct 150,000 potential buyers to my e-commerce store. I have tried to talk with them about the site. It is not accessible, is a mess and has an URL that indicates that it is not a secure site. Maxebiz drives business to Commerce Rocket, which is a company that has the web development software. When I call them, they indicate that Maxebiz has the problem and they need to correct it, or I need to Commerce Rocket $2,000-3,000 and they will fix it. I am sent around in circles with no results. Today I received an email from Autumn at Maxebiz and she indicated that the site is up and running. I tried to access it and received a message that says it is not secure and may cause harm to my computer, and that I do not have security certification . Amber called later and I informed her of this issue. She said that she is able to access the website. Later I went to the site, was able to get on, but it is very disjointed and not at all what I would consider a usable site.
