My wife and I booked a rental through Flipkey and the site stated that taxes and fees were included in the total cost. THEY WERE NOT INCLUDED. The owner of the property declined the booking but Flipkey still took $975 from our account. We agreed on a new total with the owner and Flipkey took that money from the account as well. So our account is now in the negative and Flipkey has not returned our $975 because they say it could take up to 7 days to return the money. Do not use this service. It is a complete rip off.
