I was called, since I did not complete the form on line, about the sample for 4.99, I asked the girl who called me if I needed to call and cancel and she said no. I then got another package in the mail today for the 74.98 amount. There was no phone number on the paperwork I received with the product, so I had to get the phone number off my bank statement for this company. I called and she offered to lower the amount to 44.99 so I would not cancel them out. I let the girl know about the talk I had with the original person and she said oh no she should not have told me I did not need to call in to cancel after 18 days. None to say the least I cancelled any further orders with this company since they took advantage of me.
