Hello, I had a sample offer by Shoppers Drug Mart here in Canada, as I am an OPTIMUM card holder. This sateted that I would receive a SAMPLE of this Luminelle product as a trial. I did receive the trial (actually a full 2 tubes)...and I tried it but nothing great, Next I had a debit on my credit card for 103.00 and 93.00 uSD. I called customer service, some person in the Phillapines, and I could not even communicate with her..all I got was that I would get some money back...like $17.00...it was my fault because I did not read the TEEEENYYYYY fine print. These people are crooks feeding on the vanity of women..and then inflicting a dose of guilt. I am furious...but what can i do???
