Horrible Horrible Horrible! I have never ever had an electro bill so high in my life! This was THE worst decision I've ever made! And I will try to tell everyone I know not to use them! They never ever mentioned TDU charges and all the other misc fees in paying for! I'm just sick over this! This month I have a bill with TDU charges of 191.21! That's plain ridiculous! I'm seriously debating leaving this acct high and dry and switching! I can NOT afford this crap!
