Charges were made on my account that I did not authorize. I then proceeded to call the phone number listed next to the charge on my bank statement, along with the company's name, and upon them answering the call she had no "recollection of my account or charge" anywhere in their system! How the hell did you get my information and my bank statement have this company's name and phone number if you didn't have my information in your system???
