I ordered a wedding dress and it arrived. Very poor quality. Holes in the fabric. Patch work in some places. Wrong size and also broken zip at back. Asked for refund as I can't get married in the dress. They don't provide return address. They have been giving me the run around. I cried.....the dress is just sat there and I can't afford to waste money now that I have a wedding to plan. Very disappointed.

How do I go about getting my money back from these people?? I know they have been stealing from people as I've seen reviews which I wish I had seen before I ordered the dress in the first place. Thank you,
