On 8/8/13 I purchased a 2-yr contract for any technical support needed on my computer. I have called several times, last time was today, 1/22/14, because of computer problems and the phone service seems to be no longer in service and no forwarding info. was given regarding their whereabouts. My computer is about to crash and I need technical ASAP. I may have to spend more money to solve my computer issues.
