I joined BidCactus On 1/1/2014. Since then I have been calling continuously and only get a message that it is after business hours, which it is not. I have sent many emails with no response, asking for a refund of my7 $79. I still am receiving emails to "start bidding" which I will not, but no answer to my specific emails.
