I was told my computer needed to be cleaned,because it was very slow.I FOUND MAXPCSUPPORT online they cleaned it out.(worked well)they also fixed another problem I had with my computer.I bough protection for one year(3/22/13-4/22/14). I have a problem with my computer and can not get in touch with the company at the numbers that was given me.
