I had a problem with my router and computer, and before they did anything they charged me for a "contract" of 1.5 years for $149. I agreed to it as I was desperate, but they ruined my computer (deleted many Microsoft programs) and then charged my credit card for $249 instead of the agreed upon $149. I now have to take my computer elsewhere to get it fixed--if it can be fixed. I cannot load programs and they have disabled many programs.
