well,before going to their agent here in Malolos Bulacan Philippnes to pick up the money that my husband sent me,we already recieved a pick-up notice thru e-mail saying that I already picked up the money,two hours ago before going to Western Union's agent. So,she ask for my MTCN,after checking she said there's an error with the MTCN,but it was 100% correct because I got all the details in my e-mail.My husband in U.S called WU they said that the money has been picked up in Quezon Province which is too far from where I live..WTH!,why did they gave the money to the fake person,very clear that's this is an inside job,and WU is not even doing anything to resolve this issue,they don't wanna return our money back,they said they have no power to investigate the identity of the person who pretend to be me,so dumb,they're a big company who can they not investigate and return our money. Actually I'm not their first victim in the Philippines coz 2 yrs ago there's a poor lady crying during her interview in one of famous TV program here. After seeing this site was thinking that this might help us complain to WU. Please,and thanks a lot! God bless!
