I was told that I signed up for trial of the product rather than a free sample. I only had to pay for the shipping. There was no information about a trial when I placed the order. I never received a confirmation of the order. When I called the company about not receiving the confirmation, I was never told about the trial or I would have cancelled the order. If I had received the confirmation about the order I would have cancelled the order. Today I received another bottle in the mail. It is unopened and they will not accept a return and cancel the charge on my credit card.
