I paid 40.00 to recieve calls from my boyfriend in prison and never recieved the service.i have tried contacting them everyday for the last month and a half with no response. I have sent them every email and reciect of payment and still do not have my money back. Sadly im on disability so i need that money back to actually be able to recieve calls from my boyfriend. I keep trying daily and never ever talk to a person and am told to leave a message and they will call back in 4 hours and that has NEVER happened. I just want my money. The dollar amount is38.90 on 12-2-2013. Ive been trying that long. I just want my money.
