I took some kind of survey, and for taking the survey I was offered a free trail of a skin product. However, when I called to cancel I was informed that it wasn't really a free trial and that I had to pay for the product if I used it. I then informed the person that I would not accept the product at the post office because what they promised was not true and that I wanted my money back. They refused to give me my money back and they refused to give me their address. That was one charge of $3.09. Then I called the other number,which was a different than the first, which had charged me $1.93, and I got the same person on the phone. So they seem to be using to different numbers and two different bank accounts, but they seem to be the same company. I then also told I am one of their members and have to cancel a membership.
