I requested a subscription cancellation on 12/18/13. I attempted to cancel online but their online cancellation would not work so I contacted their customer support, who told me to use the online cancellation! I tried to but it would not work..again. They took more money out of my acct. on january 14th 2014! After i had told them to cancel and their online cancellation did not work. I have now tried to get a refund from them and they refuse.
