YourtelWireless employees are telling customers that the free phone Min. will be loaded on thee 15th of every month. I have spoken with 8 people including a supervisor and I have still not received my Min. (250) for 3 Days. The are getting paid for services that the are not providing for the customers. Today is 1/17/14 and still I have not received any new Min.
