I ordered items from LC when I called to get the total of my bill BILL ME LATER said my total was $3800.00 and my credit card hadhadh been charge $1500.00. Because I ask about the totals LC said I had accused them of FRAUD. Now they will not let me order unless I go through a supervisor. Have you ever had to go through a supervisor to order something? First you have to wait 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone and then another 20 minutes for an approval; by then the item is gone. . . . I don't see the reason for them to say I accused them of fraud. . . .
