I joined this program, and paid 149.00 USD to upgrade for lifetime member. I reached me cashout after that and requested the money be sent to my skrill (formerly moneybookers) I read the terms of service). They refer to a service fee and you can pay the amount for instant payment which is 299.00 or 200.00 for the service fee. You are also told there will at no time be any additional fees assessed. I paid the 200.00 service fee to have my money transferred into my skrill account. I was sent an email telling me it would take 7 to 15 days to process the payment then I would receive my money earned on their site. I waited the allotted amount of time given, and received nothing. I have emailed them repeatedly to get to resolve to this issue. I have not received my money owed to me either. I am not in the hole out of pocket 349.00 USD. I just want that amount refunded. I have cashed out over 70k in money I earned on their site and have not see a penny of it.
