Charlotte Anderson contacted me, identified herself as a loans officer. I requested 60,000.00 and was approved. [email protected] emailed me a contract and Disclosure Statement that stated I would need to make a Collateral Payment of $2180.00 When I emailed back to say I thought this was a scam, she threated they would send my email to their lawyer for saying so.... They are still trying to get me to sign a contact. Heads up to anyone who wants to use this leander, they will approve any amount and scam you out of a collateral payment.
