Due to military orders, my family and I had to move from Texas to New Jersey. I signed up for changemyaddress.com to have our mail sent to a post office box on Ft. McGuire AFB, for convenience. When I looked at my Dec statement for my credit card, I see a charge for Identity safety service. Now I did not consciously sign up for this nor did I authorize them to charge me 10 dollars a month. I understand that often times in the small print of most websites, you agree to things without reading them. But an honest company would not do that to consumers, the fact that I am not the only one who has complained about this unethical practice shows their lack of morals. I am trying to get my money refunded and the unneeded and unwanted service terminated, but of course phone calls are never answered in a timely manner when it comes to refunds.
