Email I attempted to try and send to today 16bottlesllc@ gmail.com was returned as
'The following message to <16bottlesllc> was undeliverable. The reason for the problem:
5.1.1 - Bad destination email address 'invalid domain "": no dot found'

In August 2013 I purchased the Trim fat product which were (GCBX & Cellan) at £5.95 as an introductory offer.

I had 14 days to cancel the account.

I did not receive the 2nd item until around 19th September 2013, at which point I cancelled the account.

I received an email to confirm it was cancelled 30th September 2013.

Thereafter I noticed you took two payments of £79.52 on the 2nd September 2013 although I had not received the 2nd order.

When I queried as to why my account had been debited, you then dispatched the 2nd order in October.

I returned these products that were sent to me after my cancelation date via Royal Mail to Coleaanse, 16 LLC, PO BOX 13511, Lintithgow West Lothian EH49 7YH

You still continued to take two further payments of £79.52 after your confirmation of my cancellation on 2nd October 2013.

By putting your e mail address on your advert you are inviting us to communicate with you via this method so you should accept and adhere to the instruction.

I rang your call centre last night they kept informing me I was outside of the 30 day period, it was extremely unprofessional how my enquiry was dealt with. My husband then spoke to a so called manager who was also unhelpful and disconnected the call.

In summary,
• I have been charged fraudulently for a product that I have already cancelled by email. I have been told by a representative on your call centre that I needed to call your service line to cancel my subscription. But I have an e mail to confirm your acceptance of my cancellation, so this proves that you should have cancelled my order as I requested from the onset. In addition according to my solicitor, the fact that you advertise both your email address and phone number as customer service contacts then customers MUST by law be able to cancel by email.
• I have returned your unwanted goods to me (post office tracking number KF061******GB)
• I have never received any further items from yourselves yet you have carried on taking money fraudulently
• Telling customers (when they discover that monies have already been taken from their accounts) that the only way that they can cancel is by phone is illegal. Your company is therefore committing fraud.
• It is also committing fraud by inferring that the first batch of GCBX & Cellan that is sent out, is free and that shipping cost is the only fee to be paid.
• I do know that bodies such as UK Trading Standards, BBC ‘Watchdog’ consumer programme and my local MP will take a very dim view of the way companies such as yours operate and they will assists members of the public such as me who are in dispute with companies supplying goods and services in the UK.
• Your company has illegally deducted the sum of £318.18 from my credit card account and I am requesting that this is refunded immediately before further action is taken
