This company engage in unfair trading practices. Like many here I ended up paying a fee of £79 pound because their operator only gave me partial information on the phone. When directly asked what my credit card details would be used for she replied that they would only be used to debit my account for 50p as a way of checking my identity. I was subsequently shocked to see £79 pound missing from my account. It is in the small print (and I mean small - hidden away in the smallest of fonts at the bottom of their website and number 32 on the FAQs that they will debit your account if they find you a loan in principal - which effectively means getting offered a guarantor loan from a company that is part of Secret Eye Limited - which also own Finance Facility - 1 plus 1 loans. So effectively you are offered a loan that you can't get but as you are accepted 'in principal' they take money out of your account. You are also offered numerous payday loans at extortionate APRs that also count as 'accepted in principal offers' for which they will debit your account.
