Sent ASUS laptop for repairs in Oct. 2013. I have been charge $200 for the label and labor costs plus $275 for a part that was never ordered. I am told I cannot get my computer back because of issues in the shipping department and that the part currently cannot be ordered. They've had my computer for 3 months and this is the first time I've been told this. Each time I talk to someone they tell the last person is no longer with the company. I never get a follow up and have filed a complaint with the BBB. Next will be a police report for stolen property.
