I had been on the inquiring about sd. memory cards from any supplier in china, then one day I received a reply for my inquiry from one lady calling her self jojo and assumed to be the sales manager for the above mentioned company, we settled the price on $0.85, we made an appointment that we would go to china to accomplish the transaction, my partner went to china and purchase the goods, but based on the quality assurances she showed us, my friend didn't test the goods, but after he brought them to our country, before taking them to the market we tested them, but unfortunately they were fake and unsalable on the market, as we have the contract on our hand, then we contacted her, at first she dissapeared for some days then she showed up again, then we told her that all the goods were fake, at first she insisted that the fault was my friend's fault and that she had told him that the quality was not good, then I told her that my friend is there to accomplish the transaction a cording to our agreement and based on the quality assurance documents you delivered to us.Then after two days she wrote me an email that her boss agreed on solving the problem according to contract, then my friend went back to china again and returned the goods, but they returned to us only $50% form the total cost of purchasing 4000 pcs of sd. memory cards as 1 for 0.85 and we ended up loosing all our capital and nothing else we can do.
