I tried to get the balance on my minutes, by dialing their #6673 number toget my balance.The number no longer works . I then call their customer service number , it takes hours to talk to a customer service rep on the phone .They tell me that I have used all my minutes , I just bought minutes on December 17th,2013 a $20.00 packge which equals 300minutes.They then told me I get bonus minutes of 100 extra minutes, which makes it 400 minutes I trid to use my phone today an I get an automted message telling me that I've used my allotted minutes for this month minutes that I never received for this month, they say their upgrading their system, but I never received a txt stating that
