GO Wireless offered a $50 rebate for a SAMSUNG INTENSITY 3 GREY U485 cell phone with purchase of a 2 year contract. The store mailed in the rebate including UPC #s. I received a mail letter saying the rebate was invalid because of missing store location. I called Verizon and gave them the store location and store number and they said they will send the rebate. Again I receive a card a few weeks later saying the rebate is still invalid. I call again and they say they made a mistake and fixed the problem, and should receive a rebate in a few weeks. It has been over a month and I still have not received a rebate and likely never will. I do recommend ever doing mail in rebates with Verizon, they will make up excuses to not honor them.
