I have tried since the creation of DSL internet to get internet at my home, and even though all my neighbors have it, and even run internet from MY phone box in my yard, I am still told I cannot get internet. Over the past few years they have been adding internet lines to the new houses built all around my location, but still no internet for me. Considering that internet is run from my box and I can't get internet, they have cost me everything. I want it back, with an internet connection as well.

Still not able to get internet while others use internet off my phone box and all around me, AT&T has cost me everything simply because of their neglect to me not being able to use online services through them, like everyone else around me. I do not see why it is a problem when many many other people use this connection, and whenever anyone wants they can call and have internet hooked up no problem, but for me to get internet is an impossibility through this company. I do not see why they neglect individuals. I have tried many many times to see why I cannot get internet and they told me because it would cost them $14,000 to install a new line. Yet, they have installed many new lines since then all around me and still I have no access. I have lost money before dealing with AT&T because of their lies, I have waited months upon months for money that was mine, only to be lied to and told that it was in the mail, and then never receiving it.
I am surprised that the whole world isn't hooked into the web, but with companies like AT&T neglecting american citizens and their homes, that citizens paid good money to have phone wires run that we do not even own, but yet have to pay for. And now after many years of paying for services and for the lines, everyone around me can proudly use their service but for me, there is none, because AT&T neglects their customers as well as others.
This is a crappy company and if you cannot provide me internet, why do my neighbors run internet from my box and can get internet and lines dug under a road, etc etc etc.
But I already have cables run and a box in my yard that apparently is internet capable is others use it. But why am I not able to get internet service? I still say I want $9,000,000 in damages that AT&T has caused because of this neglect of american citizens, in its interest in the american dollar. You cannot do good business if you are only concerned about making a dollar. You do not care about America! -
