I have gone along with all their ridiculous lies and have been very patient waiting for my Refund from their Refund Department for a service which was never provided.
My emails and messages have all been ignored which I have a full file as evidence against your company.
I even adhered to their stupid Terms and Conditions to wait for my Refund for 6 months having contacted them to complain less than a few hours having complained why they had debited my account a sum of £79.95 without my authorisation back on the 21st June 2013 in which they threatened me.
Today I have also added my comments to this site, where there are further comments about their fraudulent company as well as other sites which have described this company as scam.

- its sounds like some kind of loan broker. some of their terms and conditions state they will refund upto 60 days after recieving a written cancellation. i would also resport them to financial ombudsman they will contact them on your behalf and are a powerful body in the financial world
