Many months taking money from my account. Nov. 1st & then 12-1,12-13,12-27,12-31 . Called an 800 number they had on my computer & told them to stop. Told them in beginning do not want & keep charging. They said yesterday the would stop. Sending me a paper to fill out to get money back. Am very concerned. Any information you can give me would appreciate
