I purchased a dirt bike from scooter depot for my son. I was supposed to receive a free tool kit with the purchase said to have a $99 dollar value, all I got was an allen wrench. The bike ran poorly and the handle bars were overly loose. The brake handle fell off within 2 days. I called once a week to remedy the issue with no return calls. When I finally spoke to a representative he said that it was because the bike was new and needed to be broken in and let me know that they did not do exchanges. I gave it a few months but nothing changed. When I called again the manager told me that she had spoke to my son and he told her that he wrecked the bike (My son is only 7 and has never wrecked it). She was very nasty to me. I then spoke to someone in warranty to at least have the carburetor and brake handle replace since I have a warranty, and to no surprise, I have not received the parts and my warranty expired today. Do not purchase from this company, they are rude and do not honor anything that they say they will and once you buy it they don't care what happens. I tried returning the bike the day I got it and they acted as though if I didnt like it after a week they would accept the return and didn't do so, in fact I was told that since I didn't dispute the charges with my bank that meant I wanted it and that itbwas far to late to do that now. When I spoke to the manager she actually was saying"i am not listening and I don't care, its your problem" the whole time I was talking. I wish they would assume responsibility for their faulty equipment or get shut down.
I would love to start a class action lawsuit
