Ordered item on 12/19/2013 through online for $4, 95 trial period of 14 days and I had received product on 12/28/2013 without any informations. The shipping address on the envelope shows as pathoe skin care 3959 Van Dyke Rd. #1015 Lutz, Fl 33558. After 4 days of using this product, noticed the Pathos withdraw from my bank automatically deducted $ 89.10 on 1/2/2014. Therefore, get a number from my bank and called and complained and cancelled future shipment. However, 14 days periods started from day you had ordered which I wasn't aware of it. Most of all, I only used for 3 days and the cream ran out from the bottom of Bottle.
